We had a cracking time in a comfy wee room, perfect for our needs. Location was absolutely braw, near lots o' eateries and a quick wander to the metro. But, gotta say, the lift system was a bit of a maze, which made things awkward with our bags.

Room sizes can be very cramped, making movement difficult!!! Inconsistent cleanliness upon arrival could be improved for a better experience!!! Sound insulation between rooms could use notable attention to ensure a peaceful stay!!!

The breakfast selection was quite varied, featuring fresh pastries and other local goodies that really hit the spot in the morning. Plus, the hotel offered a complementary bottle of cava, which was a pleasant surprise upon arrival, adding a nice touch to the start of the stay.

The lift situation is like navigating an asteroid field—small, cramped, and a bit of a maze, especially if you get put in Gravina II. You have to change lifts just to reach your room. The walls between rooms left a lot to be desired in terms of soundproofing, meaning I could easily catch snippets of the neighbors' conversations. The air conditioning struggled to keep the place cool in warmer weather, turning into another quirk that made the stay feel less than stellar. Not to mention, the bed was on the uncomfortable side, which didn’t help when trying to recharge after a long day of exploring.

The pillows were not the best, yet the room was cozy and inviting.

The excellent location offers easy access to public transport and is just moments away from vibrant city life. The room was spacious and inviting, even if some furnishings showed signs of wear. the damp smell in the bathroom and a stained bed cover detracted from the comfort. Breakfast was a highlight, with a variety that catered to all tastes, making mornings a delight.

Oh, the breakfast spread was tantalizing! Those homemade pastries were pure magic, just calling for a second helping. Plus, the coffee from the lobby bar? Liquid energy! You’re right by all the must-visit dining spots—El Club De La Hamburguesa for a cheeky burger and Bacoa for some seriously lush bites.

The first room we got wasn’t cleaned, so they switched us—but the next was cramped like sardines in a can!

I appreciated the clean and welcoming atmosphere. the complimentary glass of cava upon arrival was a lovely touch. The staff were very attentive, helping me with my luggage and offering thoughtful recommendations for nearby attractions.

great stay with a few minor setbacks

The location was superb, just a short walk from major attractions. The staff were amazing, especially at the reception, providing exceptional service during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of Gava to celebrate a birthday, adding a personal touch to our experience. The city view from our room was beautiful, making our mornings even more enjoyable.
